Travelers – Season One
Hundreds of years from now the last surviving humans have developed the technology to send their consciousnesses back through time, directly into people in the 21st century. These “travellers” assume the lives of seemingly random people, while secretly working as teams to perform missions in order to save humanity from a terrible future.
Critic Reviews:
- “The series' mix of seasoned sci-fi directors and relatively new writers gives it a suitable blend of freshness and assurance, and watching even a single episode gives some sense of just how much there is to be teased out. Intriguing stuff.” – Sydney Morning Herald
- “One of the things I'm enjoying most about Travelers is its great use of comedic tones, particularly in McCormack's oft-befuddled portrayal of McLaren.” – io9.com
- “It's hard to find a fresh take on the time-travel conceit, since it's been around so long and has been so heavily mined lately, but Travelers has some attention-grabbing flourishes and fine acting.” – New York Times
