This is my first review for any blu ray movie, this film looks awesome if like me you were a young boy in the 80`s, you must have had a Transformer. The films story is a little predictable, but so what, if you have a hdtv and blu ray your in for a treat, top notch action and cgi, a must see.

Transformers is a great film that has amazing CGI and effects. Buy getting this on Blu-Ray you get all of this in amazing HIGH-DEFINITION (insert gasp here) and is really a must buy for anybody with a PS3 or BLU-RAY player because of the jaw dropping visual and audio experience.

"Plot holes big enough for Optimus Prime to drive through"
1 stars"

Optimus Prime sounded really cool… pitty he didn't look it, he looked more like a regected Eva than a Transformer. The overly complex transformations hiding that they weren't mechanically possible in any way was irritating. The dialogue was poor, and not a single ‘joke’ made me laugh. The direction was worse than normal for Michael Bay, which is saying something. The action was uninteresting & unappealing (why was everything spinning?). The effects were, for the most part, subpar, and the character designs for the robots were weak. The lead actor was pretty good, and the girl was cute, but it's really not enough to save a movie.

"Gigantic Robots that Transform into stuff"
3 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

Die hard fans of the original probably wouldn't like this movie, as many of the core aspects have been modified to suit the masses… But if you can put that aside, what is left an entertaining movie filled with gigantic robots that transform into stuff. How can that not be cool-

"Really Great Movie"

Have watched this movie lots of times. But the quality on Blu-ray is way better than on DVD.

"Still the best out of the series."

When it comes to movie franchises it does get much bigger than Transformers.

This is where it all began and by far the best of all the movies made to date.

A real action flick and looks great on BluRay (where the fast motion and sound track really come to life in this format).

If you've never seen this movie get it.

If you have, add it to your collection now.

Their War. Our World.

For centuries, two races of robotic aliens - the Autobots and the Decepticons - have waged a war, with the fate of the universe at stake. When the battle comes to Earth, all that stands between the evil Decepticons and ultimate power is a clue held by young Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf). An average teenager, Sam is consumed with everyday worries about school, friends, cars and girls. Unaware that he alone is mankind's last chance for survival, Sam and his friend Mikaela (Megan Fox) find themselves in a tug of war between the Autobots and Decepticons. With the world hanging in the balance, Sam comes to realize the true meaning behind the Witwicky family motto - "No sacrifice, no victory!"
