Horror movie king Vincent Price (The Haunted Palace, House of Usher, etc.) stars in this chilling tale, based on the story of King Richard III, a disfigured and insane man who tortured his way to the British throne. While his father lay on his deathbed, Richard (Price) kills his brother so that he will be the only heir to the throne. When his father dies, Richard, in his madness and lust for power, resorts to torture and murder to eliminate anyone who tries to interfere with his plans for achieving his ambitions. But his insanity and the horror it unleashes comes full circle, and he meets a fate as violent as that of his own victims.
