I love all the Tony Hawk series and have all of them from the original PS1 version, and this is added to my collection perfectly! However, my kids and my little brother had never played Tony's games and they absolutely love it too, it's cool how their are different levels of technique like in all of his games, however on this one as you are riding it, it seems a little more realistic. I love the fact that you can just hop on and ride, I also find for the slightly heavier of the family (that'd be me…) it gives my legs a bit of a work out, you haven't got sore thumbs the next day, more like sore hips!

I would recommend Mighty Ape and their onto it service and this game (and have) to all whether you're a skater or a grandma, it's a fun game and everyone can enjoy it.

This is the most fun ive had on a game in ages, ive played alot of skating games and this is by far the most realistic the board actually puts you in the game. This is alot of fun with friends because you can see their style of skating compared to yours on the board and on screen.

This price for the game is such an amazing deal and if your not sure about it just go for it because you will have hours of fun on this.

I would not usually purchase something like this but with the recent Easter sales it was at quite a cheap price and the guys I live with thought it looked like it might be fun. So I went ahead and brought it.

When it got here we ripped into it and jumped into the game right away. My first impressions were that the easy mode you didnt have much freedom to do anything but follow a path which even though you could do tricks became rather boring rapidly. So I changed it over to the medium setting and it was much better in that you could actually steer your character. The novelty of steering wore off quickly as it became very hard to go strait at any time as any lean on the board would lead to a turn on screen.

Other than those complaints the tricks are fun and once you get the hang of balancing on the board it is actually a good time. You also know you have been playing afterwards, the next day especially. Over all a fun novelty game style which was definitely worth the special price but you would have to be really keen on skating and gaming to pay the full retail for it, but if you are then go for it, you will have a hoot!
