Description

Dr. Roderick Van Daniel wrote Title IX to help address the ongoing fight for women for equality. Title IX was a major step in the right direction for women. From the constitutional perspective, this law helped women move forward since it was enacted in 1972. Gender discrimination is an important issue to address for the future of women and our country. Stemming from discrimination is sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is another issue that women and men are facing in the workplace. Ultimately, we all need to treat each other fairly and justly. Discrimination is mental. So, we must now plant positive seeds in the mind of our youth and the community as a whole.
