Description

Thomas hates being ignored. But when his attempts to impress everyone dont make him any friends, he decides to be a bully instead. Theres just one problem: he makes a terrible bully. Atoadilly terrible one, in fact. It turns out, though, that theres an even bigger bully around, and Thomas discovers what it feels like to be the one bullied. But a bit of teamwork helps him outwit the bully and make a new friend. And being a friend, Thomas finds, is far more fun than being a bully.

Author Biography:

Janice Levy is the author of I RememberAbuelito, Alley Oops, and RunawayRadish. She is a three-time winner of the Writer'sDigest Contest for Best Literary Short Story and teacheswriting at Hofstra University. She lives in New York. Bill Slavin has been writing and drawing since he was sevenyears old and has illustrated many books for children, including Gonzalo Grabs the Good Life andSomething to Tell the Grandcows (both Eerdmans).He has received numerous awards, including the Blue SpruceAward and the CLC Amelia Frances Howard-GibbonIllustrator's medal, both for his book Stanley'sParty.
