Thief - Deadly Shadows reviews

This game is fantastic based in the medieval times first person shooter. Recommend to others who like FPS games.

I'd heard this game was great. However, it was unable to run on my laptop. When I inquired online about it, I was told that it was because I was running Windows 7, and the game was made to play on earlier versions. This is really unfortunate. So, be warned.

This is the best game ever in the whole wide world!!! But that's just my opinion. It's not easy, which is great. It not short, which is even better. And it sucks you in, especially if you use the first person view. Being able to hide in the shadows and having people walk right by you is fantastic! Most other games if your hiding in the shadows they still see you and just walk up and shoot you. Highly, highly recommended! However I recommend using a joystick or hand controller!

Thief Deadly Shadows is truly amazing. One of the best games I have ever played. It combines incredible stealth mechanics with an immersive feel. The sound is a huge part of the game, with pinpoint accuracy and many audible cues, such as people sneezing or their footsteps that allow for a much for immersive experience. Probably best to have EAX motherboard/sou­ndcard to the the full benefit. Unfortunately this game was made back in 2004 so the graphics are below average however the lighting and shadows are still superb. Also because it old now most of the levels and city areas are split up which is a real shame. I have not played TDS' predecessors although I intend to in the near future. Although most people say metal age is the pinacle of the series Deadly shadows is still an amazing game and will prepare people for the fourth installment of thief which will be released in the future.
