I have been a RN for over three decades but it wasn't until I became a patient that everything I previously believed about health, healing, and healthcare changed! Health is multi-dimensional and if healing is to occur, we must do our part to ensure that every part of what makes us human, whole, and complete is cared for equally. An imbalance in any wellness dimension creates an imbalance throughout one's entire being! A balanced body is a healthy body!
