Tom Hamel is a writer and photographer who has been involved in the water business for many years. Water and water resource management have been important themes throughout both his professional and personal experiences. He has co-owned a firm that promotes and educates the commercial building profession about water filtration, conservation, and distribution products and technology. He has participated in water and land management organizations as a master naturalist, a land trust monitor, and a watershed citizen advisory member.
