General Wright ascension through the ranks of America's European based army during the Cold War, eventually became aware that politicians were pulling the strings of even the most astute military leaders. Wright was known as Billy to his farming friends in Central Florida along with a few girlfriends who had no idea he had been used in covert missions throughout the world. Wright's vision of the future was to change the way Washington went about in keeping the U.S.A. safe by orthodox means was to infiltrate where power emitted and change a century old play book into a new modern mechanized Military that would encompass all services from the Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard and his beloved U. S. Army.His aim was to cut the politicians strings and splice them with a steely futuristic agenda that could not be cut or compromised by friend nor foe.
