Description

This title is in the same series as 'Gardening for Beginners', but it's exclusively about growing edible plants, from fruit and vegetables to mustard and cress, sprouting beans and edible flowers. As with the previous book, everything is grown in containers and many of the projects can be grown on a windowsill or small balcony, so you don't need a garden.

Author Biography

Abigail Wheatley joined Usborne Publishing in 2002 after completing a doctorate on medieval castles. She's still writing books about castles, but has branched out into areas such as science, art and cookery. She lives in a little book-filled house in Kent, with views of a real castle from her bedroom window.
