Author Biography:

ZHOU PENG is a Professorin the College of Economics and Management at Zhejiang Normal University.He obtained his doctoraldegree in management science and engineering from Tongji University inChina.He teaches courses such as tourism resources development &management of scenic spots, etc.Zhou’s major research field covers regional economic development, tourism resources development, strategic management, etc. He has completed several provincial-level research projects and economic planning projects for the local governments. Some of his research reports have been highly approved by the local governments concerned.
