Celebrating 100 years of All Black Tests, THE TEST tells some of the great stories of New Zealand rugby in the words of the players themselves.

Among the All Black legends interviewed for the programme are Fred " the Needle" Allen, Colin Meads, Sir Wilson Whineray, Sir Brian Lochore, Bryan Williams, Stu Wilson, Wayne "Buck" Shelford and Sean Fitzpatrick. Through their personal recollections THE TEST tracks our great rivalries against Wales, England and South Africa and more recently, Australia. It delves back to the origins of All Black pride and tradition, to the great touring sides of old that put New Zealand on the map and set the standards for every team since.

THE TEST is crammed with personalities, incidents and controversy, great victories and crushing defeats, all seen through the eyes of the players who were there.

Over the last 100 years the All Blacks have played 374 test matches. They have won 270 matches and only lost 87. This is by far, the best record of any international rugby team.
