Author Biography:

The author, an educator of forty-one years, was a successful public school English teacher and failed physicist. As such, he used his interest in science and good literature to further his interest in a universe whose variety inspires the oddest conjectures, and the most awe-filled wonder. Born in Switzerland an American citizen, he grew up on Long Island, New York and worked here all his life. He taught over 5,000 students, influenced countless readers and fans, and now philosophizes in a way he once would have cautioned his forerunners not to do, but recounts a life worth living.
