A good story off a man on a mission of revenge fueled by love and a mind twisted on speed. A full range of tweakers appear in this movie funny, scary and just plain nasty but the real bad guys are greedy cops

After the murder of his beloved wife, a man (Val Kilmer) in search of redemption is set adrift in a world where nothing is as it seems.
