Author Biography:

A Certified Trauma Service Specialist and hypnotherapist, Brad Coulbeck coaches clients on how to increase their mental and emotional strength. Brad speaks regularly on the need for managers and employees to build their capacity to handle stress, to thrive in the ever-changing corporate world. Brad has been a police officer for over 25 years, and holds the position of Detachment Commander in a large police force. He also held the positions of team leader of an Emergency Response Team and commander of a Public Order Unit. Currently he is on a year-long deployment in the Middle East, serving as a policing advisor in the West Bank.
