Author Biography:

MATT DECOURSEY is the author of Million Dollar Bedroom and Balance Me; the cohost of the Startup Hustle podcast; cofounder and CEO of Full Scale, an international company with hundreds of employees; as well as the founder of GigaBook. He lives in Kansas City, with his wife, son, and daughter. JOEL CUMMINS is a keyboardist, vocalist, and songwriter for the progressive, improvisational rock band Umphrey's McGee. Over the past thirty years, he's performed more than three thousand concerts and released fifteen albums of original material, mostly with Umphrey's McGee. Joel has shared the stage with Buddy Guy, Mavis Staples, Huey Lewis, Joshua Redman, John Oates, Skrillex, and other legendary musicians at prestigious venues and festivals all over the world. He resides in Los Angeles, with his wife and daughter.
