Now, I have to say from the start that I don't own the first version of this book – but I do love 2.0. They've analysed data from people who are following this way of eating and learned more since the first book and used that information to build an even better way of eating the Low Carb, Healthy Fat way. I believe the 4 step approach is very beneficial. I think it's an extremely good and clearly written book and I'm glad I bought it. I've been loaning it out to get others on board with the fantastic way of living.
