The first six weeks of a new baby can be terrifying. This practical guide, by an experienced midwife and a father of two, aims to comfort and inform. This book focuses on the pressure points that parents experience with a brand new baby: lack of confidence, tiredness, lost sleep, feeding, crying, health worries, cot death, colic, wind, bathing your baby, juggling home and work, looking after yourself, maintaining your relationship and sex life with your partner, getting your body back, setting realistic goals for yourself, postnatal depression, dealing with grandparents and much more.
