They were lucky to interest a world re-known financial expert Mike Frederick and his lovely Betty Klash, a former world bank president. They created an 18 point contest with very tempting prizes for contestants with exceptional results. Once the contest and its rules were known to the world, thousands of applicants came forward and hundred of world financial gurus volunteered their money and time to make all of this a reality.
