Author Biography:

Michael Raiber is an instrumental music educator at Central Middle School in Mustang, Oklahoma. David Teachout is a Professor of Music Education. As Associate Vice Provost, he leads the University Teaching and Learning Commons at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
