The course is filled with explanations of the chords, many exercises and every once in a while Stefan tells funny stories of his life as a musician. Learn the structure of chords, understand how they are developed and then practise them with the many exercises. All these exercises are demonstrated on online audiofiles. Find your orientation on the fretboard with a logical system and start playing these cool jazz chords from the scratch. Completing the course will make you a great accompanist either as a single player with a singer/soloist or in a band. Also covered is: Playing Chord solos and playing in orchestras with a conductor. Author Biography:

Stefan Mens was born in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1966 into a family of classical musicians. This background, his study as a jazz player and his heart for Rock and Popmusic make him a very versatile musician. Since many years Stefan works as a guitarist, teacher, composer/orchestrator and conductor. After finishing his studies at the Jazz-school St. Gallen, Switzerland, he played in several bands and shows and was a tutor for many students. He composed the music for numerous stage shows, played guitar in countless productions and he teaches electrical guitar at the conservatory in Winterthur. Stefan Mens holds a diploma as a Multimedia Producer (SAE) with specialization in the area of e-learning.
