Chef Linda Lucia Swinney, a military navy veteran learned how to cook from Mother Antonia Arpini Swinney whose from Italy, and Linda's Nonna -Grandma Albina Arpini the root source where all the italian heritage cooking began. Linda learned from the best, her Mother Antonia Arpini Swinney taught Linda how to make different types of pasta dishes. Linda's Mother Antonia learned cooking italian foods from her Mother Albina Arpini. Passed down from generation to generation. Linda lived in Europe after the military. She learned some International cooking by learning from Europeans from different countries, UK England, Holland Netherlands and Sweden. Linda also learned further in cooking earned her certification in satisfactory completion through ITU, Culinary School. Linda has been cooking since she was a child at age 7 discovering her desires more intensed for cooking in her early 30's. Linda putting her desires in success with her passions when it comes to cooking. Linda Lucia Swinney lives for the culinary world enjoys cooking .
