Description

In the wake of a global pandemic, why are more employees resigning than ever before? The post-COVID working era has witnessed the highest number of employee resignations since records began in 2000. The disruptions caused by COVID-19 presented people with the opportunity to reevaluate their employment conditions and make changes based on what was most important to them.  In The Great Resignation, Laura Darrell delves into the driving forces behind this seismic shift and offers five proven retention strategies for business leaders seeking to enhance their workplace culture. By consistently implementing these strategies across the board, organizations can attract and retain the best of today’s workforce talent.
