Description

The Ghosts of Domus Splendeat is M.B. Smith's third installment in his Ghosts of the Catskills series, which also includes The Secret of Hawk's Talon House, and Doc Martin's Fabulous Mountain Hotel. When the five closet living relatives of reclusive billionaire Ben Van Hagen are invited to his vast estate, Domus Splendeat, for the reading of his will, they eagerly accept. They quickly find themselves dragged into the search for a missing woman and a set of priceless jewels last seen decades ago. One by one the guests find themselves forced to abandon the quest until only three are left: Rand Van Hagen, the youngest heir; Max Henry, the estate's executor; and Tallin Everette, an estate specialist who bears an eerie resemblance to the missing woman. Guided by Tallin's strange visions, this unlikely trio finds themselves on the cusp of solving both mysteries--but only if Domus Splendeat will let them!
