With graceless luck, the Getbackers are able to retrieve a lucky cat statue for their clients. But the real prize is a mysterious computer disk hidden within the giant cat that had fallen out during Ban and Ginji's dexterous retrieval. Now, the clients have returned to get back from the GetBackers the disk they wanted back from out of the cat in the first place. And when these bad guys want something back, they really get mad...especially since the lead back guy is a disavowed doctor running an illegal organ farm of near-dead bodies. Lucky for the GetBackers, there's someone on the inside that wants to help them...or else their kidneys might find their way on the black market auction block.
