Author Biography:

Julia M. Puaschunder, PhD is a Behavioral Economist with over 20 years international research experience.  In the Interuniversity Consortium of New York, she researches at Columbia University and teaches Economics and Public Engagement. On the Friends of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis board, she advances science diplomacy in cooperation with the US National Academy of Sciences.
