Author Biography:

Dr Frank Lefley is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic and the University of London. He received his MSc in Managements Systems and Sciences from the University of Hull, UK, his MPhil in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Buckingham, UK (involving a joint project with the University of Taxes and Arlington, USA) and his PhD from the University of London, UK (having studied at both Imperial College and Royal Holloway College). Dr Lefley's previously published research has appeared in the Engineering Economist, the International Journal of Enterprise Information Systems, the Management Research Review, Management Decision, the International Journal of Systems, Control and Communications, the International Journal of Managing Projects in Business, and the Prague Economic Papers. He is the originator of the FAP model.
