This is a great science fiction book for anyone interested in cyberpunk or nanotech. The settings and environments are all very original, and the class differences feel very relevant. The characters are all very well written and fleshed out. The writing is very heavy, using a lot of complex scientific ideas and theories, obviously the writer knows a thing or two about science, often an environment is described quite quickly using very complicated language so you may have to re-read some paragraphs. Overall, one of the best science fiction books i have read, definitely worth the money.
