Author Biography:

Professor Roz Shafran is the Charlie Waller Chair in CBT at the University of Reading. She is the author of Overcoming Perfectionism and Cognitive Behavioural Processes across Psychological Disorders published by OUP. Dr Lee Brosan is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust and Trust Lead for the Development of Psychological Therapies. She is also Honorary Lecturer at the University of East Anglia and co-author of Overcoming Stress. Professor Peter Cooper is the Co-Director of the Winnicott Research Unit at the University of Reading and Research Director of Berkshire Child Anxiety Clinic. He is the author of the bestselling Overcoming Bulimia Nervosa and Binge-Eating.
