K. T. Bright, MSc, FRICS, FBEng, MCIOB, NRAC (Consultant), isEmeritus Professor of Inclusive Environments at the University ofReading and Visiting Professor of Inclusive Environments in theSchool of Art and Design at the University of Ulster. He is alsoa Director of KBC Ltd, an independent access consultancy. J. R. Waters, BSc, MPhil, PhD, MCIBSE, CEng, is HonoraryResearch Fellow at Coventry University, where he was formerly Headof Building Services Engineering. He is currently a consultant onenvironmental aspects of building design.
