Alex Quinn is Forensic Behavioral Health Specialist and the founder of the National Police Domestic Abuse Foundation. She has worked with numerous police agencies, and domestic violence organizations around the country to educate, and develop policy reform on domestic violence by police. Quinn has assisted numerous victims around the country on the sensitive topic of police perpetrated domestic violence.
