Description

Trixie O'Toole is superexcited to be at Camp Create, where she can invent whatever she likes. But when a boy nicknamed "Professor" von Junk gets all the attention, Trixie feels left out-and yet she persisted in following her own inspiration. When von Junk's Invention Inventor goes out of control, everyone is horrified. Turns out they forgot to make an "off" switch! Luckily Trixie's invention is sufficiently awesome, impossible, and unstoppable to save the day. This rhyming story with beautifully detailed art from a debut author-illustrator, husband-wife team will inspire future inventors and scientists to believe in themselves and will show that all good ideas deserve a chance.
