The world is full of such individuals. We meet them wherever we go. At the same time we should not affirm of such that they labor under any disease of the mind. We Should not call them lunatics, certainly. No one would hesitate about their moral responsibility or their competency to manage their estates; much less would any one have them sent to a mad house.
