Description

The goal of a project manager is to complete a software project on time, within budget, and to the customer's specifications. The reality, however, is that the project manager is often a programmer or developer who lacks the management skills necessary to meet these goals. This book provides the guidance accidental project managers need to ensure the success of a software project.
