Author Biography

HENRY A. GIROUX is Waterbury Chair Professor of Secondary Education at Pennsylvania State University. He is the author of many books including Stealing Innocence (SMP, 2000), Channel Surfing(SMP, 1997), Border Crossings, and Impure Acts. He lives in State College, PA. Giroux has also written for a variety of high profile magazines like Spin and Artforum.
