Author Biography:

Carrie Rogers-Whitehead is a library consultant and trainer, instructor and free-lance journalist. She spent almost a decade as a librarian, working across sectors to increase literacy engagement in youth and running geek outreach and programming. She has trained extensively on graphic novels and geek culture to schools, librarians and is a frequent panelist at Salt Lake Comic Con. Carrie continues her work in geek culture as the co-owner of Wizarding Dayz, a large-scale fantasy experience each year in Utah.
