Adrian Baillargeon is an author, international speaker, facilitator and level III certified coach from the Executive Coaching and Leadership Insititute He has spent over 20 years working in corporate and sports teams, including roles at Bupa ANZ, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada, Imperial Oil and Labatt's Canada. He has also coached elite amateur baseball in Canada, the U.S, Cameroon, Tunisia and Australia. Belinda Clark, AO, is a leader in the Australian sports industry. Clark was an elite cricketer who captained the Australian Team from 1994-2005, with a win ratio of 80% over more than a decade. Belinda was inducted into the International Cricket Council Hall of Fame, the Sport Australia Hall of Fame and the Australian Cricket Hall of Fame. She was also CEO of Women's Cricket Australia and steered the organisation through an integration with Cricket Australia. In 2019, the Australian Financial Review Top 100 Women of Influence Awards recognised Belinda as the winner of the Arts, Culture and Sport category. Over the past 20 years, Amanda has written and edited everything from speeches for government ministers to leadership development books. With top qualifications in English Literature, Editing and Publishing, Financial Services, and Business Management, Amanda is highly skilled at shaping language. She has worked with organisations of all sizes across the private and public sectors to develop and implement communications, marketing, and social media strategies.
