Ray Mulley was born in Cornwall, Ontario on September 4, 1944. Following that, he worked for two newspapers {Welland Tribune and Niagara Falls Review} for 20 years. He worked an additional 5 years for the St. Catharines Downtown Association, retiring full time in 2014 to Niagara Falls.
