Author Biography:

Emily grew up in the West Midlands, studied English Literature with Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia, then spent several years working in-house at various children’s book publishers. She now lives in the Oxfordshire countryside, near the River Thames, and loves to write books about the natural world and all the amazing creatures in it. Erin is a Northern Irish illustrator who lives and works on the beautiful island of Jersey. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Fine Art and then completed a diploma in Illustrating Children’s Books with the London Art College. When she’s not working in her tiny studio, she can be found baking something overly sweet in the kitchen or down at the sea shore watching the tide roll in.
