Author Biography

STEPHEN M. HILL is a professor ofPolitical Science in the Department of Political Science at the University ofWisconsinEau Claire (UWEC). He is also a director of UWECs Center for GlobalPolitics. He is the author of UN Disarmament Process in Intra-State Conflict(Palgrave-Macmillan) and co-author of Peacekeeping and the United Nations (DartmouthPress). In addition, he has published several articles in a number of leadi?ingjournals, including Contemporary Security Policy, Democracy andSecurity, Civil Wars and Social Justice.
