Description

This illustrated dictionary presents the 1,500 key Tagalog words and sentences that speakers need to know to communicate in Tagalog. The handy format and highly visual presentation make it easy to learn and remember the words.  Organised into 38 themes or topics, each section presents 35-45 words with dozens of color photos, and several sentences to demonstrate the correct usage of the words. Every word and sentence appears in Tagalog along with the English meaning. This useful learning tool features vocabulary and photos that are specific to the Tagalog language and Filipino culture — and are not found in other Tagalog dictionaries.  Richly illustrated with over 750 color photographs, this useful Tagalog language learning tool includes a brief introduction to Tagalog pronunciation as well as an English-Tagalog index for quick reference. The free online audio files feature native Tagalog speakers reading all the vocabulary and sentences, so students can learn correct pronunciation!  If a picture is worth a thousand words, there's no more valuable tool for mastering Tagalog than the Tagalog Picture Dictionary. Whether users plan to visit the Philippines or are learning Tagalog abroad, this useful resource will help boost their proficiency quickly!
