Author Biography:

Besides being an artist of fine-arts & audiovisual productions; a strong curiosity in botany has lead the aspirations to become a student of nature. I've sought & still seek as much knowledge as I can about plants, our connections to them, and the many uses of them. It wasn't until the year of 2012 where I watched my father go through extreme debilitating issues with his health. These issues became increasingly painful physically & emotionally for him. With the help of my sister, we were able to help him change his lifestyle and eating habits. Immediately we saw positive results in his health that were undeniable. Although we all made a neccessary lifestyle change, it was unfortunately inevitable for my father to progress on. What was believed to have been food poison turned into what doctors concluded to be stomach cancer. After dealing with the grief, deep pain, isolation, and numerous negative thoughts; I made the decision to invest in the world of balanced living. To gain more knowledge, I took advantage of certification programs and schooling for nutrition. With the knowledge that I've gained and utilize, I've set out to not only help my family, but to be of great service to my community as well. May my research and efforts to help see a healthier community cause a ripple effect on everyone everywhere. Empower your mind, nurture your body, and ignite your soul. There Is More To Accomplish.
