Rafael Cano-Guervos: He is Associate Professor at the University of Granada, Spain, in the Department of Quantitative Methods for Economics and Business. His research is about spatial analysis of socio-economic phenomena. He is interested in the development and application of geostatistics, spatial econometrics, and geographic information systems in different areas as real estate, tourism, violence, etc. He published numerous articles in journals such as Journal of Real Estate of Finance and Economics, Urban Geography, South African Geographical Journal, The Geographical Journal, Journal of Travel Research, Socio-Economic Planning Sciences, Revista Brasileira de Gestao de Negocios, and others. Jorge Chica-Olmo: He is Associate Professor at the University of Granada, Spain, in the Department of Quantitative Methods for Economics and Business. His research is about spatio-temporal analysis of socio-economic phenomena. He is interested in the development and application of geostatistics, spatial econometrics, and geographic information systems in different areas as real estate, tourism, transport, violence, energy, wellbeing, public administration, etc. He published numerous articles in journals such as Urban Studies, Journal of Real Estate of Finance and Economics, Journal of Real Estate Research, The Geographical Journal, Socio-Economic Planning Sciences, Cities, Tourism Management, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Energy Economics, and Social Indicators Research. Juan Gabriel González Morales: PhD in Economics from the University of Granada, currently teaching at the European University of Madrid (Master's Degree in Teaching) and in a European research project for the Universitat Ramón Llull (ESADE). In terms of research, the main lines of research are the analysis of tourism prices, housing prices and corporate boards of directors at both Spanish and European level. Finally, in terms of teaching research, specialized in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Muhammad Nawaz Tunio: Muhammad Nawaz Tunio is Assistant Professor at Department of Business Administration, University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah, Pakistan. Dr. Tunio has prior working experience at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi, Pakistan as Assistant Professor; Greenwich University, Karachi, Pakistan as Assistant Professor, In-charge Director ORIC and Editor of biannual Journal of Business Strategy (JBS). Dr. Tunio is Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Economic Development, Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt, Austria. He was awarded government scholarship by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. He was awarded a young scientist research fellowship for Kent State University, Ohio. His fields of research interest are entrepreneurship, CSR, Careers, Youth Development, and Self-employment. He has publications in top-notch research journals, and he has presented papers at international conferences and conducted research workshops. Dr. Tunio has edited several books, contributed chapters in the different book published by reputable publishers, and edited special issues of the impact factor, and Scopus indexed journals in the field of entrepreneurship. He has conducted several sessions, and workshops. Fabio Humberto Sepúlveda Murillo, He is Researcher and Director of the Modeling and Scientific Computing Research Group at University of Medellin (Colombia). His research areas are about regional studies where implicate the use of the spatial statistic. Marina Checa Olivas: Marina Checa Olivas: "Professor of the Department of Applied Economics. Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences of Granada. Graduate in Business Administration and Law from the University of Jaén. Official Master's Degree in Migration Studies, Development and Social Intervention. Doctor in Economics and collaborating professor at the Open University of Catalonia and the European University of Madrid. Her research deals with the labor market from a gender perspective and teaching innovation in the field of Economics. He has published numerous impact articles and has participated in several international research projects." Ayman M. Zakaria Eraqi: Ayman M. Zakaria Eraqi is an associate professor from 2020–now in Architecture Department, Faculty of Fine Arts, Minia University. His research is about the optimization and decision-making of urban planning. He is interested in the development and modelling and simulation in housing, urban growth management , replanning of informal areas, etc. He published numerous articles in journals such as Urban Studies, energies journal, Social and Behavioural Sciences Journal, and International Journal of Scientific Research in Sciences , Engineering and Technology.
