He is also a regular contributor to professional magazines and journals. SHAN RAJAGOPAL is a Director of CSM Europe. He has more than 20 years experience in training, consulting, lecturing and industrial experience in technology-related industries. He has worked in many parts of the world and managed large multicultural and diverse programmes. A substantial number of his assignments involve cross-cultural change management and portfolio implementation. He is the author of the best selling book, "Strategic Supply Management: An Implementation Toolkit" as well as many papers and articles.
