Author Biography:

Graham Perkins is the Director of Taught Programmes and a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Exeter Business School, UK. He contributes to the national assessment of Advanced CIPD qualifications and is the co-author of Work and Employment in a Changing Business Environment, also published by Kogan Page. Sian Robinson is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Exeter Business School, UK, teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Previously, she was a lecturer in HRM at UWE Bristol, UK.
