Mr. Hawley brings more than 25 years of engineering and senior-level management experience to his position and served as a naval nuclear engineer. He is a recognized expert in nuclear engineering, power engineering, micro-machining, microelectronic design and fabrication, and medical device engineering and commercialization. He was a co-developer of the PET/CT scanner, which produces high resolution, three-dimensional images of functional processes in the human body which was named by Time Magazine as one of the Top 10 Best Products of the New Millennium. He is recognized in the international marketplace for his ability to direct profitable programs. He served as managing partner of a Swiss-Japanese joint venture that marketed micro machining to Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He has received numerous awards for technical design, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Mr. Hawley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering, (cum laude) from American Technical Institute.Mr. Hawley is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Management Professional.
