Description

Stations of the Cross is a series of icons, statuary, graphics, or other media that depict the final hours and burial of Jesus Christ. Many Christians like to visit and meditate when visiting a place where these icons are available. This book, written by John Cheney, using a series of photographs taken from an outdoor set of statuary in Groom, Texas, allows the reader to view and meditate at each station whenever and wherever they please. Each section contains a photograph of the station, a brief commentary about the station, and suggestions what you might think about there. The author uses a fictional Roman soldier as the guide and leaves the reader with something to think about.
