Author Biography:

Cavan Scott is a New York Times bestselling author whose work includes novels, television, comic books and award winning audio dramas. In 2018, Cavan became one of the five story architects selected to create Lucasfilm’s new multi-media initiative, Star Wars: The High Republic and is currently writing the ongoing Marvel comic of the same name, as well as numerous novels in the series. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Charles Soule has written novels, comics, screenplays and stories of all types. He is the author of Strange Attractors, 27, Strongman and Letter 44, as well as runs on Swamp Thing, Red Lanterns and Superman/Wonder Woman for DC Comics. Also a musician and an attorney, Soule somehow finds time to be one of the busiest writers in comics: Among his Marvel credits are Thunderbolts, She-Hulk and Inhuman — as well as the landmark Death of Wolverine, its immediate follow-up (Wolverines) and its eventual sequel (Return of Wolverine). Soule charted the adventures of a much-loved Star Wars characters in Lando and Poe Dameron. He continued the story of Black Bolt, Medusa and the rest in Uncanny Inhumans and All-New Inhumans; brought his legal expertise to the pages of Daredevil; and assembled a blockbuster squad in Astonishing X-Men. Following a stint on the dark side with Darth Vader, Soule turned his attention to the rebel crew in a new volume of Star Wars. Ario Anindito is an Indonesian artist. His work for Marvel includes Wolverines, the Secret Wars House of M mini-series, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. He is currently collaborating with best-selling author Cavan Scott on the comic series for the Star Wars: High Republic multi-media initiative. Talented newcomer Andrea Broccardo has quickly found his feet at Marvel on projects including Kanan and the “Amazing Grace” storyline of Amazing Spider-Man. His work hit the big leagues in high-profile event tie-in book Civil War II: X-Men. Rising star Marika Cresta followed Star Wars: Doctor Aphra by tackling a very different heroine, illustrating the shield-slinging adventures of the alternate reality Captain Carter. Cresta’s other Marvel credits include Power Pack, Strikeforce, and contributions to the anthology titles Fearless and Women of Marvel.
