This is one beautiful kit! This is the first Bandai kit I've bought, due to the relatively high price, but it really is excellent. The level of detail is amazing, and is much better than many larger scale kits. A really nice touch is the stand, which simulates a part of the Death Star. The only disappointment is due to an odd and somewhat petty change to the parts by Bandai. On every video review I've watched about this kit, we are shown two detailed pilots, one seated and one standing, yet the standing pilot in my kit has been reduced to a flat plastic silhouette. I can live with it, but it's a shame that I won't be able to do the diorama I'd planned.
